UTI – A person can start their authorized PAN Card Centre of UTI Infrastructure Technology and Services Limited (UTIITSL). Associated person will be authorized as PSA (PAN Card Service Agent) or VLE (Village Level Entrepreneurs).
NSDL - These TIN Facilitation Centers cum PAN Centers are operated by NSDL and available across the country for applying of PAN and to fulfil other statutory requirements. Anyone fulfilling the conditions and terms can apply for a franchise in their locality and start a branch office of the TIN facilitation centre
