Any contract to provide any service or product by Company is not complete until we receive the fees or service charges by whatever name called in full and accepted by Company.
Notwithstanding anything contained in terms of services, if user breach any of the terms of services in full or partial, Company reserve the rights to recover the amount dues and owing by the user to Company and / or any of the associates of Company and to take legal action as Company deems necessary
Further, by accepting our terms of services, user expressly and explicitly undertakes to provide with accurate and complete information while interacting with Company and its associates for availing any of services or products, and will not make any misstatements / unauthenticated / false representation of any facts to Company. Any defaults on user part will terminate this agreement with immediate effect and shall disentitle users from availing any of services or products from Company.
In case, if Company found or has reasons to believe at any time, before or after the receiving the request for services from user that the request for service is either unauthorized or any information provided by the user is incorrect, false, incomplete, unauthorized or that any fact has been misrepresented by him, Company at its sole discretion shall have the all rights to take the necessary action against users, including cancellation of services or product request by users and forfeiting the fees or services charges by whatever named called, and recover all the losses or damages incurred by Company from user(s), without any prior notice to user(s). In such event, Company does not take any responsibility for any losses or damages arising due to cancellation or termination of any service or product.
You agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless from and against any Claims arising out of or relating to: (i) User Content and Feedback you submit, post to or transmit through the Site; and (ii) your violation of any rights of any other person in connection with the Site, information you post on the Site, information you receive from the Site, or the products or services provided on the Site. If at any time you are not happy with the Site or object to any material within the Site, your sole remedy is to cease using them.
